MEPSKING VIP Membership Terms and Conditions

Welcome to the MEPSKING VIP Membership Program (hereinafter referred to as "the Membership Program"). Please carefully read the following terms and conditions (hereinafter referred to as "the Terms") before using your MEPSKING VIP membership (MEPSKING VIP Membership is also referred to as "M+ Member") benefits. Registering or using the Membership Program signifies your agreement to comply with these Terms.

1. Membership Types

1.1 Membership Options

MEPSKING VIP Membership offers two subscription plans. Members can pay using any currently accepted online payment methods:

Monthly Membership: Valid for 30 days, billed monthly.

Annual Membership: Valid for 365 days, billed annually.

1.2 Membership Benefits

Members enjoy the following exclusive benefits (subject to platform updates):

Special member-only shopping discounts.

Coupons/discount bundles.

Bonus point rewards (e.g., double points on purchases).

Free shipping (once per month).

Holiday gifts.

Surprise giveaways.

2. Registration and Activation

2.1 Eligibility

All MEPSKING platform users are eligible to apply for VIP Membership services.

2.2 Required Information

To register an account, you must provide your full name, phone number, and email address. While a date of birth is not mandatory, providing a valid date of birth qualifies you for birthday-related benefits. A valid email address is required to participate in and receive program benefits. Please contact our customer satisfaction team to update your email address or make significant changes to your account information.

2.3 Activation Process

Membership services are activated upon successful payment. Accepted payment methods include:

PayPal, credit cards, and other supported channels.

2.4 Activation Timing

Membership services take effect immediately upon successful payment. Once benefits are utilized, memberships cannot be canceled or refunded.

2.5 Opt-Out Policy

After enjoying membership benefits, cancellation or refunds are not allowed. For accidental activation, contact our official customer service to submit a cancellation request. Deleting your account or terminating participation for other reasons will forfeit all membership privileges, including unused benefits.

3. Membership Benefits Usage

3.1 Usage Rules

Membership benefits are non-transferable and cannot be gifted or shared with others.

Coupons, points, and other benefits are subject to the platform’s terms and conditions.

3.2 Benefit Distribution

Coupons and points will be credited to the member’s account within 24 hours of activation.

Free shipping and other instant benefits take effect immediately upon payment.

3.3 Points Usage and Validity

Points can be used to offset part of the order amount, as per platform rules.

Points are valid for one year. Unused points beyond this period will be automatically cleared.

4. Renewal and Expiration

4.1 Renewal Policy

Automatic renewal is not currently supported. Members must manually renew their membership upon expiration.

4.2 Expiration Notifications

The platform will notify members via in-app messages or email 7 days before membership expiration.

4.3 Expired Memberships

Unused coupons and unclaimed benefits will be void upon expiration.

Points that remain valid can still be used after membership expiration.

5. Refund Policy

5.1 Non-Refundable Memberships

Once activated, membership services are non-refundable.

5.2 Exceptional Refunds

Refunds are available under the following circumstances:

System errors prevent activation of membership services.

Platform-related issues cause loss of membership benefits. Refund requests must be submitted to customer service with supporting documentation and are subject to platform review.

6. Account Management

6.1 Account Security

Members are responsible for safeguarding their account information. The platform is not liable for benefits lost due to member negligence.

6.2 Misuse

Members must not use improper means to obtain or utilize membership benefits. Any violations will result in immediate termination of membership services and forfeiture of unused benefits.

7. Multi-Membership Card Usage Policy

7.1 Activation Rules

When purchasing multiple membership cards within the same period, only one membership card can be active at a time. Additional membership cards will activate sequentially after the current membership card expires.

7.2 Benefit Activation

Membership benefits (e.g., coupons or discounts) tied to inactive cards will not be issued in advance. Once a card becomes active, its benefits will automatically activate.

If the currently active membership card is canceled or refunded, subsequent membership cards will activate immediately, and their benefits will be applied concurrently.

7.3 Usage Example

Scenario 1: You purchase three membership cards on the same day. The first card activates immediately. Upon expiration, the second card activates, followed by the third card.

Scenario 2: If you cancel the active card, the second card will activate immediately, and its benefits will be applied.

8. Changes to Terms and Benefits

8.1 Terms Revisions

MEPSKING reserves the right to revise these Terms as needed. Members will be notified in advance via in-platform messages, email, or announcements. Updated terms will take effect on the specified date, and continued use of membership services will constitute acceptance of the revised terms.

8.2 Benefit Adjustments

The platform may reasonably adjust membership benefits (e.g., adding, modifying, or removing perks). Members will be notified in advance, and previously granted benefits will not be affected.

8.3 Privacy and Personalization

Some member data (including preferences, purchase history, and browsing behavior) may be used to provide personalized product recommendations. MEPSKING respects your privacy and will not share subscriber data with third parties without consent. For information on personal data management, please refer to our Privacy Policy.

8.4 General Provisions

Failure to exercise any right or remedy under these Terms does not constitute a waiver. Each provision of these Terms is independent and severable. If a court finds any provision invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in effect.

9. Disclaimers

9.1 Service Interruptions

The platform is not liable for service interruptions caused by network issues, force majeure, or other non-platform-related reasons. Efforts will be made to restore service promptly.
